Standard Australia post shipping on all Australian orders is FREE.
Express Australia Post shipping is also available for $18.
Orders placed on a weekday before midday will be processed same day, after midday orders cannot be guaranteed to be processed sameday. If urgent, please call the girls (03) 6236 9902 and we'll ensure your purchase is mailed same day.
Purchases will be delivered within 2-4 business days of processing your order (in-stock items only). Customers should allow an additional two days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
Delivery dates supplied by Luxe is a best estimate only and Luxe will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Luxe advises that you indicate your daytime address for delivery purposes. Luxe use Australian Post whereby we can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. International orders are charged a flat rate of $30AUD globally.
Luxe use Australia Post for all international orders and will require a signature upon delivery.

When returning goods to Luxe, it is advised that you choose a traceable method (e.g. express post). Any lost items upon returns are the reponsibility of the customer.
